1) Favorite place to shop:
My new go-to store is Trinity Place, where you can find very unique pieces from the UK. They have two full floors of women’s wear and a section for children. You probably will not see anyone else with the same dress or blouse.

2) Best place for a night out of the town:
Harry’s on Stone Street is always a nice treat. I love to go for drinks or a very nice steak dinner. Absolutely great for entertaining clients or an evening out with friends on a Saturday night. During the winter, when you want to stay local and want a nice ambiance, I find Harry’s is very welcoming.

3) Where to dine:

  • Bobby Van‘s on Fridays and Saturdays. They have specials for half-off bottles of wine.
  • Salud in South Street Seaport has great Latin food with excellent drink specials for happy hour.Their flank steak and plantains are delicious!
  • Ko Ko’s on Greenwich Avenue is my favorite Asian restaurant. Their noodle soups and sushi are delicious. They are great for a quick lunch or a nice dinner.

4) Go-to for groceries:
My favorites are Jubilee and Zeytuna on John Street. Jubilee is a small mom and pop grocery store. They deliver 24 hours. Zeytuna is my go-to specialty store for my more exotic recipes. They have an amazing selection of seafood and sausages.

5) Saturday afternoon must-do’s
Bailey’s is my favorite brunch place. You can watch the game on Sundays. During the summer, I go to Ulysses‘ for the outdoor seating.
