Inside TOWN SoHo

The word is out, the doors are open. Take a tour of TOWN SoHo, launching today at 337 West Broadway and Grand Street! With a 35-seat capacity, the daily operations of TOWN SoHo are overseen by TOWN Sales and Leasing Co-Directors Ari LeFauve and Lyon Porter.

The entire first floor of the two-story landmarked building at 337 West Broadway is dedicated to the “TOWN Square” common-area concept that has become a hallmark of each TOWN neighborhood office. Two communal tables carved from a single slab of American black walnut wood run the length of the retail space, finished with herringbone stone flooring and anchored by a wall of built-in shelving along Grand Street, also constructed from American black walnut, featuring internationally-sourced candy and bottled water.

The “international water bar” is represented by unique brands from Italy (Bolle) and Great Britain (Hildon), as well as familiar favorites from Norway (Voss), France (Perrier) and the USA (Saratoga). Jars of candy from Turkey, Columbia, Israel and Japan offer an international twist on another signature component of TOWN’s neighborhood offices.

TOWN’s in-office Concierge, a complimentary fixture of each TOWN neighborhood office offering a personalized suite of services, is located on the ground floor, where accordion windowed walls open onto sidewalk café seating in the warmer months.
